On-Site Services

Applicants will have the opportunity and are strongly encouraged to:

• Complete a services assessment survey to determine what, if any, supportive services would be of benefit to the household.

• Participate in the case management and supportive services offered at the property or in the community.

• Utilize the assistance of a Life Skills Coach to complete an action plan for obtaining new educational or job training certificates, participate in job preparedness workshops, and similar assistance programs that are provided by H38 East Apartments and its partners.

• Meet with the Life Skills Coach at least quarterly to assess progress on their action plans.
